Dam: Rock Hill Raven | Sire: To Be Determined via DNA (FTH Tobermory or FTH Smoky Scot)
We are excited to announce that Rock Hill Raven delivered her first calf on May 22, 2025. Raven did an exceptional job and chose 1:15 AM as the perfect time to welcome this little one! This handsome dun bull calf is very special — the very first dun bull ever born here at our farm. While we’ve had many dun heifers over the years, this is our first dun bull, making him truly unique in our program. His coat is absolutely gorgeous, and we’re eager to watch him grow and develop.
His sire will be confirmed through DNA testing — he is by either FTH Tobermory or FTH Smoky Scot, both exceptional bulls with strong pedigrees. Once confirmed, he will be registered with the American Highland Cattle Association (AHCA).
We are now accepting a 35% non-refundable deposit to hold him until weaning at 6 months of age. His price is set at $5,000.
He will be weaned the end of November and ready in December.
Serious inquiries are welcome — based on his outstanding genetics, unique coloring, and promising early structure, we expect him to mature into an exceptional herd sire. Dun bulls are especially valuable as herd sires, as they offer the potential for a wide variety of calf coat colors.
